Mentorship and Coaching Agreement
- Scope of Services:
1.1 The mentor (hereinafter referred to as “Mentor”) agrees to provide mentoring and coaching services to the mentee (hereinafter referred to as “Mentee”) in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
- Duration of the Relationship:
2.1 The mentoring and coaching relationship shall commence on the date agreed by both parties and continue for the period agreed according to the package (30 days or one year)
- Responsibilities:
3.1 The Mentor agrees to provide guidance, support, and advice to the Mentee in the areas agreed upon by both parties.
3.2 The Mentee agrees to actively participate in the mentoring and coaching process, be open to feedback, and commit to taking the necessary actions to achieve their goals.
- Confidentiality:
4.1 Both parties agree to keep all discussions and information shared during the mentoring and coaching sessions confidential.
4.2 Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to the Mentee or others.
- Fees and Payment:
5.1 The Mentee agrees to pay the Mentor the agreed-upon fee for the mentoring and coaching services.
5.2 Balance will be paid in full at least 14 days in advance of the partnership.
- Intellectual Property:
6.1 Any materials or intellectual property provided by the Mentor during the course of the mentoring and coaching relationship shall remain the property of the Mentor.
- Limitation of Liability:
7.1 The Mentor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the mentoring and coaching relationship.
- Governing Law:
8.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].
- Amendments:
9.1 This agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
