- Nature of Services:Ciel Healing provides coaching and mentoring services aimed at personal and professional development. These services are not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or counseling. The client is encouraged to seek independent professional advice as needed.
- Client Responsibility:The client understands that coaching and mentoring are collaborative processes that require active participation. Success in achieving goals is dependent on the client’s commitment, openness, and willingness to engage in the process.
- Confidentiality:All information shared during coaching or mentoring sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. The coach/mentor-client privilege is not recognized as a legal right, and the client is encouraged to consult with legal counsel for advice on confidentiality.
- No Guarantees:Ciel Healing does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The client acknowledges that individual results may vary and that success depends on various factors, including the client’s efforts and circumstances beyond the control of Ciel Healing.
- Professional Boundaries:The relationship between the coach/mentor and client is strictly professional. The coach/mentor will not engage in any form of relationship that goes beyond the scope of the coaching or mentoring services.
- Payment and Refund Policy:Payment for services is expected in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Refunds are not provided for services rendered, and missed appointments may be subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the service agreement.
- Termination of Services:Ciel Healing reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in behavior that is deemed unethical, illegal, or disruptive to the coaching or mentoring process. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
- Intellectual Property:All materials, including but not limited to worksheets, exercises, and resources provided during coaching or mentoring sessions, are the intellectual property of Ciel Healing and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
- Legal Advice:Ciel Healing is not a law firm, and the coaching or mentoring services provided do not constitute legal advice. Clients requiring legal advice should consult with a qualified law firm.
By entering into a coaching or mentoring relationship with Ciel Healing, you agree to these terms and conditions. Ciel Healing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to review this disclaimer periodically for changes.
