Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms:

  1. Service Fees: Clients are required to pay the agreed-upon service fees in advance of scheduled sessions or as per the terms outlined in the service agreement.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept payments through Stripe (secure payment method) via all booking systems Details for payment will be provided upon confirmation of services.
  3. Late Payments: All payments must be received in advance of any of my sessions via channels provided.  All payments are secure and credit card details are not held on record by me

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
    • The client is unable to attend sessions due to mitigating circumstances.  In all other cases sessions will be rescheduled
    • If the mentor fails to provide agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email at clair@ciel-healing.co.uk
    • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 days, and the decision will be communicated to the client.
  3. No-Refund Situations:
    • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered
    • Refunds will not be granted if the client fails to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice.
    • Refunds are not eligible for retreats unless the space can be filled
  4. Incomplete Services: In the event that the mentor is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining sessions or services.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation by the Client: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for session cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from the prepaid sessions.
  2. Cancellation by the Mentor: In the rare event that the mentor needs to cancel a session, efforts will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund for the canceled session will be provided.

By engaging in our mentoring and coaching services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Payment and Refund Policy.
